NOTICE OF AGM: 2025 SGFP Annual General Meeting & Townhall

We invite all SGFP members to attend our in-person Annual General Meeting and Townhall on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Dinkel’s Restaurant in Belleville, ON. We are pleased to be holding this AGM in collaboration with District 6, and alongside the AGM of the Hastings & Prince Edward Medical Society.

5:00pm: Doors open
5:30pm: AGMs and dinner
6:45pm: Townhall and member networking
9:00pm: Evening concludes

Dinner will be provided, but registration is required.

Please register in advance by August 31st to confirm your attendance.

This in-person format is designed to accommodate a robust townhall discussion with our District 6 colleagues and the Hastings & Prince Edward Medical Society, offering an excellent opportunity for dialogue and collaboration.
